At Tusco Products, we are proud to manufacture high-quality planters and garden décor that are built to last. We stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of our products. That’s why we offer a 10-Year Limited Warranty on all residential-use Tusco planters, effective from the date of purchase.

What This Warranty Covers:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Covered issues may include:

• Cracking
• Fading
• Splitting
• Structural failure due to manufacturing defects

What This Warranty Does Not Cover:

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Commercial or institutional use
• Improper installation or misuse
• Alteration or modification of the product
• Impact damage or mishandling
• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions outside typical residential norms
• Use of harsh chemicals, solvents, or pressure washers

Natural aging of materials, including minimal color shifting over time, is not considered a defect.

How to File a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a claim, please email cservice@tuscoproducts.com with the following:

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
• Photographs of the damaged item
• A brief description of the issue

Our customer service team will review your submission and, if approved, will provide a replacement product or an equivalent solution. Shipping charges may apply.

Limitations and Disclaimers:

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• Tusco Products' liability is limited to the replacement of the defective product only.
• This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
