Not satisfied with your purchase?

Items that are unused and in original packaging can be returned up to 14 days from when the package was delivered. Customer is responsible for all retuned shipped fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  Once the item(s) have been received and inspected a refund minus shipping charges will be issue to your form of payment.

Purchase a Tusco Products planter through a retail vendor?

If you have purchased a Tusco Products planter through one of our retail vendors, you will need to adhere to their return policy.  Please reach out to the vendor directly to arrange your return.  

How to make a warranty claim

Please send photos of the product & proof of purchase to our customer service department.  Please be sure to showcase the area(s) of concern when sending your photos.  Your request will be reviewed to determine if an replacement is warranted and correctly falls within our warranty program.

Please note, if the product was not ordered directly from, we are unable to provide a refund.  However, we can provide an exchange for items that are determined to have warranty defects.
